MY Stillness

The My Stillness method is a way for people to train themselves to return to – and live from – their centre, their flow state. A place of balance, connectedness, freedom and equanimity. An abiding ‘quiet joy’. Ultimately a deep love of self  … as it exists in any present moment.

 

My Stillness is not designed for the purpose of trying to solve a problem or fix something that’s wrong. The aim of this practice is to get back to ones own centre, that Stillness. It is a place where there is no shame or guilt – where we can’t tell a lie or avoid an issue. It’s a place from which right action is our only option.

 

In this flow state, individuals learn to be in touch with what’s alive in them at any given moment, and relate to the world from there. It’s a way of being, living from that core.

 

What the My Stillness program delivers. 

 

  • A way to profoundly notice how unresolved impulses create reactivity and suffering

  • A tool to put an end to knee jerk reactions

  • A map of the territory to find your way back home when you’re all turned around by internal and external forces

  • A method to re-centre yourself in time, bring clarity, calm your nervous system without self-medicating or shutting down

  • Embodied processes to find your internal anchor & return to it.

How I Do It

A full two day interactive experiential group workshop, where you are introduced to the 3 core elements. Stillness, Dilemma. Creator.

Followed by a 6 week online group integration program.

This practice develops the mindsight to deconstruct exactly how you got knocked off centre, and how to get back on track. 

Wake up and be fully alive, inside your own spirit. Making you somebody people want to be around.
